At AWandCo, we're proud to handcraft our products right here in Alberta, Canada. We want your order to arrive safely and on time — here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
📦 Processing Time
Most orders are processed and ready to ship items ship within 2–5 business days. During busy seasons or sales, processing may take a little longer — we'll always keep you in the loop. AWandCo items have a 2-3 week turnaround time before shipping.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Thresholds
Alberta
- Flat rate: CAD $10.00
- Free shipping on orders over CAD $100
- Estimated delivery once shipped: 3–7 business days
Rest of Canada
- Flat rate: CAD $15.00
- Free shipping on orders over CAD $125
- Estimated delivery once shipped: 5–10 business days
United States
- Flat rate: USD $15.00
- Free shipping on orders over USD $150
- Estimated delivery once shipped: 7–14 business days
International
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout via Canada Post
- Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days (varies by destination)
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees
📬 Carriers
We ship primarily through UPS, FedEx, Canpar, GLS, ICS, and others. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

- Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the order date.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're unable to redirect packages once they've shipped.
