Refund policy

Due to the care and time that goes into the nature of each handmade product, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If you want to cancel your order, you can do so in the first 24 hours but it is subject to a 5.8% fee (as these are the fees we have to pay on your purchase (2.9%) & refund (2.9%)).

If a package is refused by the recipient due to unpaid duties or tariffs, we are unable to issue a refund. We kindly remind our customers to stay informed about their country's trade policies, including any applicable duties or tariffs, to ensure a smooth delivery process. Thank you for your understanding!

Please note: Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

UK customers: Under UK law, custom or made-to-order items are exempt from the 14-day return window. If you have any concerns about your order, we’re happy to help.
